Golden Green Express Mail In accepts responsibility for your parcel once it arrives at our Head Office. Your parcel is delivered to us at your own risk. However, if after 8 weeks Australia Post has not located parcel Golden Green Express Mail In will make an insurance payment of $150 to you. (Please note there is a 100% delivery success rate)

All appraisals are conducted in our Head Office the same day the items are received by us. Your items are professionally tested using advanced and expensive technology (Niton XRF machine) which enables us to obtain an accurate measure of the purity of gold or silver. Items are valued based on the weight, purity and gold price of the day. Our offer to you is based on our professional appraisal at our discretion.

We can remove stones and return upon request. If a stone is too difficult to or too small to remove from the item we will let you know prior to proceeding with a purchase from you.

Payments are made within 24 hours of receiving the acceptance of valuation from you. Payments are made via direct transfer into the account nominated by you and provided on your customer details form.

If you choose not to sell your items to us we will return the items to you free of charge. We use Australia Post for all returned items. Items will be returned to the address provided by you on your ‘customer details form’ and will be posted the day after we receive confirmation from you that you would like them returned. We ensure items are in a secure padded satchel and we also ensure that you receive the tracking code for your delivery on request. Once the items have been placed in the post they are no longer the property of Golden Green.

Golden Green Express is a trading name of Golden Odyssey Pty Ltd. Which holds Victorian Second hand Dealers License number SHD0016269. We adhere to all Victorian licensing requirements under the Second hand Dealers Licensing Act 1989, Section 9. Golden Green Express Mail In is the Trading Name for Golden Odyssey Pty Ltd.

After purchasing your items from you, we hold the items for a cooling off period of 7 days at our Head Office.

We must sight photocopy of both sides of your photo identification (driver’s license as requested on the Customer Details Form) in order to purchase gold, silver or platinum from you. You must over the age of 18 years in order to sell to us.
